I had a viral fever and throat infection last week. I had consulted a doctor and followed medications.
Now I don't have a fever, however there is some dry cough.
But the thing is I feel very dizzy continuously whole day.
Even while sitting I feel like I might fall.
What is the reason and what can be done for this?

I don't know what all investigations you had during your attack of viral fever but for your dizziness you should get your BP checked, get your blood sugar, KFT and LFT. With the report you should consult with a General Physician.
Hi., I can understand your concern.
These symptoms are normal after a viral infection.
Check your BP, take ors liquid if bp is low.
Take vit c once a day after food for one month.
Do betadine gargling twice a day after food..
Such malaise and lethargy is very common/a sequele of viral fever. Nothing to worry, it will go away spontaneously.
Maintain hydration, drink ORS and kindly consult privately if you need further help.
