The profile mentions you as male but report seems to be of a lady? This is a Borderline report so unless you have symptoms, are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, do not need treatment immediately. Can get the test repeated from a different lab or after one month to reassess. Can consult with your doctor who may advise further  tests. But if pregnant or planning a pregnancy , medicine needs to be started immediately.
