Hi You can adapt following lifestyle and dietary practices for relieving from the constipation 1. Drinking more water 2. Eat more fibre, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber 3. Exercise more 4. Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee 5. Don't ignore the urge to poop 6. Include Prunes in diet 7. Relaxation Techniques to Reduce Toilet Straining 8. Try warm liquids, especially in the morning 9.Add fruits and vegetables to your diet 10.Exercise most days of the week. When you move your body, the muscles in your Intestines are more active, too. 11. If needed, use a very mild over-the-counter stool softener or a laxative. Don't use laxatives for more than two weeks without calling your doctor.
