Hi I am 26 year old. From childhood I am having this constipation problem, som pleetimes this prob suddenly vanishes , but most of the time in the year it disturbs me. I have tried many things m a daily gym guy, drinks occasionally, this problem does not let me reduce my weight . I have to work really hard to stay fit.

Thanks for your query. for constipation u v to take more fibres,whole grains,whole fruits, lentil,mug ,dals,pulses,helpful. take rajmah, chapati, whole wheat ,Brown breads, rice are helpful. rigorous Exercises,NO fast foods,low rice but high fibres cereals are helpful to maintain weight.
