Constipation and bloating
I am  having hypothyroidism and currently on thyroid medication (25mcg). From past few months I am dealing with constant bloating and constipation. I got checked for it and doctor prescribed me iron and calcium tablets (ferrous ascorbate & folic acid, calcium& vitamin d3) along with a syrup for liver related issues (if any). I am taking the prescribed medicines from past 3 days. My bloating and motions are well. But after taking medicine I feel vomiting, and tiredness. I am not sure whether I should continue them or stop them. Please help.

Sometimes iron tablets can cause such issues.you can switch to an iron formulation with ferrous sulphate, like orofer xt, if your hemoglobin is too low. If it isnt too low, improving diet may be enough.
