Hi All, I have been doing intermittent fasting fr last 1.5years and have lost aroun 9kgs. I am having PCOD and currently I am in 2nd cycle of LETROZ for ovulation. Is IF harmful for me? Please suggest I am waiting for me period day to do the urine test.
