My Cholesterol was 228 in Aug'22 & Triglycerides was 218...Now Cholesterol is 231 & Triglycerides is 228.
What should i do, is any need of medicine to lower it.

There is no significant difference in your readings over the last few months.You need to start lifestyle modifications asap.Medicines nay or may not be required for cholesteol issues,but an assessment is needed for the same.
