If your mother has controlled sugars in her blood/body all her binge eating issues, not eating issues will be solved. It is always recommended to take personalised consultation with a registered dietitian who can guide her for managing if her diet and explain her do’s & don’ts so for lifetime she can take care of her sugars. My clinic is in Kandivali West, if possible to you can take clinic consultation or online consultation. Or else approach a qualified nutritionist close to your home. Regards to your mom Take care
