I want to which are the nuts which are rich in proteins and also the quantity i should consume everyday.

Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, dry figs are the best sources which provide protein as well other nutrients. Cashews are rich in cholesterol, so don't use them. Now point comes, how much? 4 almonds, 4 pistachios, 1 walnut, 2 figs are enough for 1 day. More than that may cause problems. Any other queries.
