Nuts and eggs
How can I add nuts and eggs in my diet if iam staying in a south indian hostel where they provide dosa, idli etc as breakfast and rice in lunch and dinner.can you tell me some extra things that I can change in my diet for healthy nutrition intake.  and I drink milk tea twice a day (morning and evening). there is no health problems for me.
