Cheek inside swollen muscle paining.
The muscle inside the teeth between the upper and lower jaws of teeth in the left corner is swollen and its in a shape like ball. i cant open the mouth even little broad. it pains when i chew something and also drink water etc. even on the lower chin bottom on the same left side of the mouth. i feel there is a ball shaped kind of something. it pains when i touch it

I think you have a problem with your gums over the wisdom tooth. Do warm water salt gargling. If it is the case you have to get your wisdom tooth extracted.
