Overall cbc is normal ....low platelets also not so tension worthy....but it requires further history to assess about the macrocytosis....so better to talk one to one...to elaborate and clear about doubts and future concerns

Your platelets are lower side , can improve this by adding papaya, papaya leaf juice in your diet

Get Serum D3 and B12 done along with Fasting blood sugar
Start with balanced nutritious diet and light exercises.
Have good fluid intake

Constipation related dietary modifications
1. Drink plenty of water. As soon as you wake up, drink a glass of water, slowly you can increase the amount of water as per your body.
2. Eat fibre rick foods like fruits, leafy vegetables, sprouts, pulses, various seeds like chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds.
3. Do some exercise daily. Maybe just a brisk walk would work for starting.
4. You can also start taking A teaspoon of ghee in morning, this also helps very well in constipation and it will also help in fighting with weakness.
