Lower front teeth are very delicate among all the teeth and gets easily affected and mobility is very common. With your symptoms it looks the teeth have lost their adequate support to withstand chewing forces. With your age the best option to remove them and go for artificial fixed replacement if bone loss around tooth is severe. Xray will confirm. Also you need to check your other teeth about their gum condition to prevent them from periodontal disease. Get your diabetic screening also done as both gum disease and diabetes are interlinked.

If there is high mobility then you need to remove the teeth. If slight mobilityyhen some surgeries and splinting may help you. Mostly you are suffering from periodontitis. Visit dentist for clinical examination and x ray followed by treatment.
