Pain in right side lower abdomen if coming from back to front then it can be due to renal calculi (rt kidney stone). If it is in front lower region then it could be due to any reason like appendix, gasseous distention, muscular pain etc. If you are having fever, vomitting any other complaints with it then get a scan of abdomen done.

Is it more in front or back. If back then seems more of musculoskeletal or kidney but if front then appendix or hernis. A confirmation can only be done by clinical history examination and investigation.
