Pain on the right side near the waist
Since the last 2 days, I am getting an intermittent pain on the right side near my waist. Tha pain radiates towards the back and also downwards. It's a shooting pain. Last year I had a partial nephrectomy operation for Mt kidney tumour and the tumour had grade 1 cancer. Anything I need to worry about this pain now and can it be related to my previous surgery? Please suggest.

Your symptoms could be due to stone or infection. After the partial nephrectomy you may have gone through periodic checks with your doctor . You can get an ultrasound scan of kidney , ureter and the bladder and urine analysis and follow up with your doctor.
