Back Pain near waist area
Hi, I am suffering from back pain in my waist area for a year now. I feel pain when I stand, sit in a place for a long time(like for 1 hr or more), while lifting heavy weight, bending over for 10-20 minutes to do some work. The pain decreases when I take rest, lie on bed or sleep. I do not have any medical issues and have not been suffered any kind of injuries to my back in any accident or anything of this sort. Could you please explain me if it is a muscle sprain or what is the problem...?

Hi..... You may be able to avoid back pain or prevent its recurrence by improving your physical condition and learning and practicing proper body mechanics.... Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain..... ,,
