Can I go to gym while ttc
Can I go to gym while trying to get pregnant? Am walking on treadmill with incline,cycling and  climbing steps.After trying in fertile window should I not excersise till my period date comes or is it ok to workout till I get positive result?

You can go to Gym during this time but do only that routine which you have been practicing for many months or years. Don't try any new or more strenuous exercise thinking that it will help in your conception.
