I had a sedantary lifestyle because of office. But then I started walking for 1 month and for the past 2 months I have been going to gym where I do strength training and cardio mix. I missed my cycle last month and my next date is on 15 sept. What should I do to get my periods. My periods have always been regular. My home pregnancy test were negative. Kindly help.
