Missed periods
Hi I missed periods for 3 months and got thyroid and pregnancy test. Both at negative. So what can be the reason for missed periods and what will I do now.

Maybe due to hormonal imbalanced,pcod Do usg pelvis for diagnosis eat healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid oily spicy and sugery food drink plenty of water, do regular exercises brisk walk this will help you to regularise your periods.avoid stress

Delayed menses may be do to pregnancy or due to hormonal imbalance.if u have got urself tested for negative pegnancy then go for panel of hormonal test to get diagnosed,and then see a gynae for withdrawl bleeding.

Take Tablet Regestrone CR 10 mg twice a day for 5 days
