Hi
Fruits are good for health but for diabetes excess fruits can cause high sugar levels so for them the limit for 80 to 100 one to two serving of fruits in a day is advisable and have to be taking during mid afternoon and mid evening. Fruits which you mentioned can be taken but just 1's in a week and fruits like apple, pear ,kiwi , pineapple and papaya can be taking on a daily basis but in a limited manner ..
Things need detailed information about your meals and nutrition options and lifestyle then we can discuss things further and suggest anything choose direct consultation for proper guidance and help.

Hello User,
Diabetic person can not eat fruit like mango banana, watermelon, sapota. As these are high in Glycemic index so she cannot eat.
If she has a controlled diabetes then can have a only one portion like one piece of mango n small one piece of watermelon.
