Can capping get done by another dentist?
I got my RCT done recently in Mumbai and post that i have moved to another city. Docs had asked me to get capping done but since i am traveling i can't go back to Mumbai to get capping done. Is it okey to get capping done by another doctor? Also is it really mandate to get the capping done since I am not facing any issue as such. Though it's been more than a month. Someone Please suggest.

Yes, you can get your capping from any other dentist. But before proceeding for capping , get your x-ray done .And if tooth and RCT is ok than you can proceed for your capping.

Yes you can get your capping done from any of the dentist nearby but it is better to get it done as early as possible so as to prevent fracture of tooth.

You can get capping done by other dentist.
Crown/Cap is always advisable after Root Canal treatment.

Yes it can be done by a different dentist. Not getting a cap done can make your RCT procedure go to waste as it can get reinfected via microleakages or even when your filling breaks . Tooth can also get fractured after RCT and left without the crown.
