“At your age, a CRP level of this amount is generally not a major concern, as levels can often increase following 3-4 days of a high infection. I would recommend trying symptomatic treatment and getting a consultation to see if the levels decrease with that approach. If symptoms persist for over a week, we can consider further testing at that point. Please schedule a consultation so I can provide a treatment plan.

CRP levels can sometimes increase due to inflammation in the body. Since you have experienced mild headaches and body pain, it’s possible that your CRP level of 21 reflects a response to some mild inflammatory process. Common infections, even minor viral infections, can cause a temporary increase in CRP. Your negative tests for dengue and malaria are reassuring; however, it's essential to monitor your symptoms. If you continue to feel unwell or notice any new symptoms, it would be wise to follow up for further investigation. For now, you may continue with supportive treatment like the pain relievers mentioned by the other doctors. Additionally, make sure you’re well-hydrated and rest adequately. If the symptoms persist or worsen, feel free to consult me for a more thorough evaluation. You may also reach out via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for personalized guidance.
