Please get her Blood sugar, Vit B12 and D3 level. She should be on Capsule Multivitamin, Capsules Vit D3 and Tablet Calcium for 2 months. If still the symptoms persist then she should consult a Neurologist.

A burning sensation on the tongue and fingers can be caused by various factors, including nutritional deficiencies (B12, iron, or zinc), nerve damage, oral or hand infections (such as herpes), allergies, or skin conditions like eczema.
Health Tips
1. Consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis. 2. Maintain good oral hygiene. 3. Avoid irritants (spicy food, harsh soap). 4. Apply topical creams (for skin irritation). 5. Take supplements (if deficient).

I think you should check with a general physician first. As the symptom are suggestive of neuropathic pain, maybe vitamin B12 deficiency. You should get a blood work up done for vitamins.
