Bulging disc L5 S1
I am suffering from lower back pain (only lower back pain) since two years not continuous but when I sit for at least one or two hours continue then pain start sometime pain gone completely it plays hide and seek with me according to my MRI report annular tear with disc bulging L5 S1. Please suggest me can i sit in my life without pain. I am 97 kg and 173 CM height. Can bulging disc cure permanent or I live with pain whole life. I visited many doctors and they told me this is not big problem but why my pain not going completely even I rest lots of time about sometimes 15 days some time 1 month but when I sit pain start only lower back pain( no leg pain). Please suggest what I do please🙏

This is not permanent problem. Can be resolved through good physiotherapy rehabilitation and strengthening of back muscles and also u have to reduce your weight and improve BMI

Diffuse bulge is nothing but early disc degeneration so it cannot revert back to normal. But surely you can get rid of the pain associated with it . A good rehabilitation and physical therapy to strengthen your muscle and reduce the BMI should be helpful.
