Breakfast problem
In morning after getting up from my bed and after brush i generally take beverages(Generally Tea) and after minimum 10 mins I eat banana, 1 or 2 sometimes. Is this practice is good?

Hello dear, No, this not an healthy option . For healthy living Breakfast should not be ignored. Breakfast is the very important meal of the day. It will provide energy or fuel to carry out work thru  a day.

Hi, no this is not a good practice as tea is a caffine and caffine hinders the absorbtion of foods that you eat.What you can do is have your banana as the first thing in the morning then after an hour you can have your tea as any fruit takes exactly 45 minutes to one hour to get digested.So enjoy having both food items but  by giving a gap of one hour atleast.
