Hello.. You need to have a good healthy Breakfast like idlis/ bread or corn flakes with fruit juice...but then it also depends on your staple food. If you generally eating particular breakfast like dosa or Poha...have any breakfast in good quantity and avoid oily food in the morning unless you are used to it...thank you
