During any social events, or after talking to people for long, and in crowds, i feel socially drained, anxiety and depressed, i am in job where i cannot avoid socialising with people. It exhausts me, drains me. How to

The symptoms u described need further evaluation, but my initial thoughts would be in favour of a type of Anxiety disorder.. Once diagnosed it can be successfully treated by a combined Medical and Psychological treatment..
