Your blood pressure is stage 2 hypertension ,if these readings are constantly elevated.At your age , your blood pressure needs to be reduced.You may need pharmacological treatment even if you are not symptomatic.

Normal blood pressure 140/90 lifestyle modification +medication.
your blood pressure is 160/80 so treatment needs to be started if blood pressure is persistently coming >140/90
