I am attaching my friend's routine blood test reports. In urine culture, rbc is 20-25 present in urine. All the blood tests are normal for her. I am attaching the reports below. Kindly guide. Is this any serious? BUN is also low i.e. 5.64(6-21)

Was she in her periods? Because there are no pus cells, which would have been present in infection.
If no periods, then consult a gynecologist physically.
