Vit b12 is 270
Rest cbc and iron studies are attached in picture below
Kindly analyse and please tell if i have iron deficiency.
Can i take feromore xt supplement?
It has iron bisglyvinate, folic,methylcobalamin and zinc.
This iron salt is gentle on stomach..can i take it?
I have tried ferrous ascorbate,it gave me stools and bad gi issues.

CBC mostly normal, but RDW high + ferritin 24 early iron deficiency.
You can take Feromore XT once daily after food + vitamin C.

For that you can focus on dietary add ons
