Please analyse my blood report which I have attached My bicarbonate level came 19 which is low according to the range prescribed(20 to 29)and chloride level is 106 which is on high borderline according to the range prescribed(98 to 106)so what does it indicate? And my sodium level is 145 and the range prescribed is 136-145..Please let me know and another thing is that my Absolute Lymphocyte Count is high and Absolute Monocyte Count is low and right now I am not having any infection or fever so why it is high and my haemoglobin and rbc are low.. So kindly guide and explain me. Please see my blood report.. I am attaching it.

Ma'am your reports are normal. Bicarb being 19 and chloride being 106 is not abnormal just because it is not in the range. Same with your absolute lymphocyte and monotype count. They are mildly above and below the normal range.
As you rightly said, you have no fever or no infection so you don't need to be worried. These are normal variations.
Your hemoglobin and rbc is on the lower side but for an Indian female Hemoglobin of 11 is still okay, your iron studies are also within normal limits. You can still bring your Hemoglobin up by eating a healthy Diet, including more green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot, beetroot etc.
Please appreciate that the human body doesn't work like a robot where once the data is fed, nothing can change it even by 0.1%.
You should see your test results vary from the references range by what percentage. If it is a substantial difference (like 10%) then you should worry.
And no Doctor will be able to fit it into the reference range like a tailor does to your clothes.
Your report may not look normal to you but to me it gives the message that no action is required.
