It is normal blood pressure. The drowsiness may be due to low blood sugar levels. Take breakfast before 8 to 8:30 a.m. Don't skip breakfast.

Hi, Yes it is normal if her BP keeps that much always. Although normal ranges are 120/80mmhg. When ever she is feeling confusion or drowsiness that means her bp is going down than her usual bp. Then she must be extra elert to keep it atleast 110/60mmhg
Next Steps
take the appointment to understand where is lacking in following a healthy lifestyles.
Health Tips
food gaps should not be longer than 4 hrs. check on her salt intake if it is low, water intake if it is very high and exercise or if she is sweating alot. she needs to take electrolytes during and after workout and also in hot weather.

Her blood pressure is on lower side and symptoms indicate that too. To achieved normal blood pressure (120/80), I will suggest her to consume salty buttermilk, salty lemonade, salted nuts and foxnuts. You can also add table salt to raita, curd and salads. Stay hydrated by having 10 to 12 glasses of water per day. Further
Next Steps
I will suggest to consult a physician and nutrition expert for better results.

Hi, The normal range of BP is 120/ 80. As per the Patient's data, its on the lower side. So start increasing little bit of salt in your diet. Coffee also helps. Veg/ Non veg both are okay, if taken home cooked in a healthy way & consumed in moderation. Coorelate clinically as well. Thanks

There are underlying causes for low BP such as prolonged bed rest, strenuous exercise, Nutritional deficiency, etc. Early morning Blood pressure always tends to be on lower side, so the time of checking blood pressure also matter a lots.
