I have 127/82 blood pressure.. Tips and diet for this.. can this be reversed by diet and exercise?? How long will it take to get normal blood pressure??

Hi, It's showing normal. Nothing to be worried. Be mindful in eating & adopting a good lifestyle routine. Limit all processed preserved packaged outside food completely. Cut down on high salt, high sugar and high fat items. Thanks

Change your salt with rock salt. Take Fruits in breakfast. Add 1glass vegetables juice in daily diet with salt . Stop processed and packed food items. Take 1tsp triphala powder at bedtime 2 to 3days in a week. With normal water.
