My blood pressure is varies between 110-140/70-85...but mostly when i take it at home it was below 120/75..but when i am going to doctors office my BP rise upto 140/85...should i need to start meditation??i am going regular exercises and in good shape only..even i don't have any other health problems..need suggestion

What you experience in the doctors office ie a rise in your BP is known as white coat hypertension
It's due to stress and anxiety
When your home blood pressure monitoring is mostly read 120/75 you don't need to start any anti hypertension medications

Kindly reduce the salt intake.
Avoid pickles,pappadam,and tinned and preserved foods
Avoid oily substances.

A rise in BP when checked in the clinic may be due to anxiety, or after physical activity like walking or climbing stairs.
Keep doing regular exercise, eat healthy, maintain healthy BMI
