Single high BP value is not enough to start medication. Kindly check your bp daily by a professional and restrict salt in your diet. Include regular exercise and avoid alcohol.
Dont be tensed by checking for first time... Your bo is moderately high.. So ypu have to check your bp routinely.. After that if still high you have to follow lifestyle modification plus medicine.. Pls consult me throgh practo or wattsap nine zero seven two two zero seven zero nine three
A single BP reading is not enough for the diagnosis, however your BP levels are way too as compared to your age , stage 2 hypertension , so it's better to check you BP on a regular basis for a week and start on lifestyle modification

A single bp reading doesn't confirm hypertension.You may have to record the BP twice daily for a few days.If it remains constantly above 130/80 consider lifestyle and diet habit changes for 2-3 months before starting the medicine
Definitely life style modification can help you but not immediately for now you have to check up bp again and if its consistently high than consult to physician and take medication and also start lifestyle / diet modification together. I will surely help

1. This BP reading usually requires medication.
2. Since you are not a known hypertensive, we can’t label it as hypertension before we have 3 different raised BP readings.
3. Ideally, a consultation with a physician is recommended, to plan further course of action.
Monitor your Blood Pressure 3-4 times in day and Make A Chart for approximately 3-4 Days.
Start walking about 45 minutes daily and Eat less oil.
After 3-4 days. consult with me, We will start Medicines accordingly
We cannot label a patient hypertensive and start treatment with a few readings Age of the patient and sleeping pattern
We need to know family history and blood tests and ultrasound whole abdomen and cardiac evaluation is advised
Investigation can begin with ABPM
Get your BP checked 3-4 times. And change your life style. Then recheck. If still consistently high, then medicine reqd. Kindly consult with me on 94 two six eight six 78 nine six.
Regularly check your blood pressure.
The advise is slightly different if you are have diabetes as to what is the target blood pressure.
If the blood pressure stays high, Life style changes + Medication/s + Monitoring

For a patient to be diagnosed hypertensive, atleast 2 readings are required. So kindly recheck and if the readings are persistently high, you will have to take medications
