I had Bp Reading 124/94, 123/92 wherein BP reading of diastolic pressure varies from 86 to 95. Please suggest.

Diastolic bp more than 90 is grade 1 hypertension.
Next Steps
Monitor bp regularly, if diastolic Bp on an average is more than 90 you wil require a small dose of anti hypertensive.

Systolic BP is normal. Reduce salt intake n do regular exercise. Eat food with more fibre content. U don’t need medication now.
