High BP while sitting during office work
Sir/Maa'm I am providing you with my BP reading. I have been measuring it everyday and the reading is almost same. I measure my BP in office daily. Take it as average reading of my entire week, how to lower my bp which medicine should I start now? Thanks. Photograph Attached

It's normal. First change life style n diet plan drast at least two months,  add walking for 40 min.later u need som preliminary test like lft, lipid profile,  ecg than under MD physician  after examination he will start medicine. Till then  low salt diet. Quite picked, papapad, bhujia namkeen etc. Regularization in diet. Add salad, fruits in diet.

Your BP is within normal limits. Also, try to take your BP while sitting, in the left arm ( forearm supported on the armrest of a chair). Take an average of 3 readings each time you measure.
