Blood Pressure Control
I am observing my blood pressure since few days using the BP monitor machine.It alway range between 120 to 130. I want to bring it below 120, Is there a natural way to do it or with the help of ayurvedic medicines ? I m not on any meds as of now and is the current range normal?

If your BP is constantly between 120-130 without any worrisome symptoms then it's your baseline BP which is absolutely normal. Don't take unnecessary medications, it may result in hypotension (excessively low BP) which will cause worse problems. Kindly consult for further help
