Bleeding is a classical sign of inflammation... This means that your gums are swollen and require special care... You just need to visit your dentist and undergo an oral prophylaxis (cleaning/scaling). Get well soon 😃
Next Steps
after oral prophylaxis... additional precautionary measures will be taught to you by your dentist including brushing technique and gum care.
