Traces of blood in the spit after waking
Since the least 2 days I'm noticing blood in my spit only after waking up, full day it's normal.
I have a little irritation in my throat and my gums bleed when I brush my teeth, since 3-4 weeks.

change diet to soft foods, rich in vitamin C and D.
brush gently in a vertical and circular direction using soft brush only
massage gums regularly using Stolin gum paint
rinse with Betadine gargle mixed in warm saline water
