After wakeup in the morning and there is blood mixed while spitting. While checked with dentist they told we need to deep clean on mouth also at last two teeth's at either side are in cross position which damaging the nearby teeth, they need to be removed by conscious extraction.

If the bleed is due to gum infection , then as suggested it’s best to go with deep cleaning , that would subside infection and bleeding aswell , regarding the last tooth , if they are the wisdom teeth and crossly possitioned it’s better to get them extracted
Next Steps
Consult a nearby periodontist regarding the gum disease

The very first concern "blood while spitting" in most of the cases it is due to gingival inflammation (gum infection) due to deposits. So first You must undergo thorough scaling and if needed deep cleaning procedures.
Second concern is last tooth mostly it might be wisdom tooth which is malaligned so if ur dentist advises you to get extracted follow the same.
Hello.
1) Bleeding Could be because of infection and deposits, so deep cleaning will be required
2)If your wisdom teeth are not in proper position and hurting you, get them removed, usually they are helpless teeth.
