Yesterday suddenly i had fever of 102 and weakness was also there. In evening blood was in stool.
This is the first time blood in stool. Can you please guid whether it is serious and reason for this

No relation with fever.
Hard stool is one of the most common reason as in fever unable to eat ,no proper hydration, leads hard stool.
Locally apply
Oxyurate ointment by index finger,throw out applicator, first put over butthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication, two times a day for one week.
If bleeding is persistent
Tab trenexa 500 three times a day after food for three to five days.
