It's may be due to recurrence of piles of you having constipation Take Macrogol sachet with water at night and take Tab Tranexa 500mg twice a day for 5 days and once you will have to consult surgeon for confirm recurrence of piles.

I can tell you but I think you must consult your surgeon. Make sure you don't have constipation, if it persists, take panchsakar churna 4 gm with warm water in night.

May be your piles problem is recurring bcoz of constipation! Take white ash gourd juice -10-20 ml 2-3 times a day to stop bleeding! Consult personally
