The symptoms you’ve described—bright red blood during bowel movements, itchy pain in the anal canal, and a history of straining—strongly suggest an **anal fissure** (a small tear in the anal lining) or possibly **hemorrhoids**. Both conditions are common and treatable but require proper evaluation to rule out other causes.  Next Steps:**  1. **Avoid Straining:** Do not force bowel movements. Increase fiber intake (fruits, vegetables) and water to soften stools.  2. **Sitz Baths:** Soak the anal area in warm water for 10–15 minutes twice daily to relieve pain and promote healing.  3. **Over-the-Counter Relief:** Use a topical ointment with lidocaine or hydrocortisone (short-term only).  However**, persistent bleeding or pain warrants an **immediate consultation** to confirm the diagnosis and prevent complications (e.g., infection, chronic fissure).  Why Consult Me?**  - Specialized expertise in anal/rectal conditions.  - Painless examination techniques.  - Personalized treatment (medication/lifestyle guidance).  Book an appointment today** for a thorough evaluation. For quick assistance, reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**.

Possible  it's fissure  due to pressure a beech in anal mucosa leads bleeding. Locally apply oxyurate  ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push  inside anus rotate the finger to cover  anal mucosa before n after defication,  two times for two weeks for complete healing. You need to go for  proctoscopy procedure in opd by general surgeon to confirm what exactly it is.
