I am facing anxiety increased heartbeat and I am passing out black stools with no pain and blood I need a suggestion

Anxiety and stress can cause gastritis and bleeding from stomach, which can cause black stool. Cigarette smoking and drinking alcohol can contribute. Spicy food and pain killers can worsen the condition.
