Anal itching and pain
Itching is there inside anus most of the time. extreme pain while excretion . redness and little swelling in the area . there is no blood in the stools.
plz help urgently. any home remedy for immediate relief ?

This could be due to Anal fissure. Keep the bowels regular and soft by taking high fiber diet, plenty of fluid. For Permanent healing of the fissure you need to undergo specialized Kshar treatment along with application of Sushruta oil and Sushruta Ointment. Regards. It might be fissure in ano. A examination is needed to confirm. Stool consistency is to be regulated and sitz bath with potassium permanganate or dettol will be helpful two times a day. Avoid spicey foods and tea. Thanks

Hello as per your complaints the pain could be due to hard stool which in turn causing pain leading to formation of fissure in ano. Hence first keep your bowel regular by taking plenty of green veges fruits high fiber diet and lot of water and butter milk . you can take ayurvedic medicines like Abhayaarista, kanchanara guggulu vidangasav and jatyadi ghrit for local application after consulting a qualified ayurvedic doctor .

Hello.. You need to consult Ayurvedic physician. It may be fissure but please consultion is necessary.
Temporary take Arshita tablets 2-2 -2 thrice a day. And Apply Arshita Cream at anal region

Use stool softener liquid paraffin 2 to 3 spoon at night.. also use tiny amount of T-bact ointment on itching area to avoid infection and itching
