Hii for loose motion start to improve your diet 1st take small portion of meal and take soft diet include banana, rice curd,probiotics in your diet ...there are many probiotics available in market and sometime recuurent loose motion after eating is due to some food allergy also so done with your gastrologist checkup and endoscopy from gastroenterologist Include some walk and exercise in your daily routine ...thank you 🙏
