If you are having bleeding gums then your gums are swollen. So you need to get scaling of your teeth done. For cavity which u have in your teeth, you need to visit your dentist otherwise it will create a big pain for you.
Next Steps
for bleeding gums you can use mouthwash 0.2% or 0.12% containing chlorhexidine in it. Use mouthwash two times in a day, and use 10 ml each time. Use Rexidine m forte gel for massaging your gums 4 to 5 times in a day, dont consume any food or water before and after 30 minutes of using this gel.

Bleeding gums may be because of deposits over your teeth which causes swelling in the gums and in turns bleeds.. For that u need to get cleaning/deep scaling done. And for tooth decay u need to get ur tooth filled done as soon as possible..
