Hi Biotic is vitamin B7 ,its needed to convert certain nutrient into energy ,its a form off fatty acids and glucose but it plays an important role in the health of your hair, skin and nails so I ll recommend you to take supplements which is Keraglo-Eva 1 table after breakfast. You find it in nuts ,legumes, bananas, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, broccoli, avocados, raspberries and cauliflower.
