Dalda is not at all good for health. You can use filtered oil like ground nut, mustard oil or rice bran or blended oil available in market. More than type it's important to use the right quantity ( 1/2 lit per person per month should be the maximum use of oil.)

Avoid Dalda, it’s not a healthy fat.
Rice bran / sunflower / canola oil- any of these is good for daily use . You can opt for any good brand which has low absorption on frying.
As a general rule, use less amount of oil in cooking to maintain good health.
